Project Description

When the Suri’s bought this property, the landscape was overgrown and unkempt. Pathways were hazardous, spaces unusable and almost every space had to be re-done!

The massive job of identifying plants and features worth keeping was the first order of business.  Uncovering underlying issues, such as drainage, grades, an unworkable hot tub space and re-designing the flow within the odd shaped and sprawling garden was next.

The garden was re-designed to create “destination” spaces.   The clients wanted to be able to meander through the large property, sit and enjoy the garden spaces with the variety of views and feelings invoked within each space.

The hot-tub deck space was expanded to create a comfortable and relaxing area.  Steps and a new patio expanded the pool deck and tied into the outdoor kitchen and new covered seating area.   A new pathway from the front to the back yard tied it all together!

The incorporation of colourful pots, statues and other garden furniture (special to our clients)  throughout the garden brought  life to the different themes and rooms.
