This client wanted to update their mature garden and remove some overgrown plant material and create a landscape that was a little more open and offered more of a theme or style to their garden. In the backyard we created a Japanese style garden by adding a few key elements of wood, rock, and water and of course a couple Japanese lanterns strategically placed. The Front yard we redesigned the garden with flowering plants and added a water feature. They quickly became the talk of the neighbourhood as the garden stood out from the standard monochromatic theme of sheered evergreen shrubs.
